In line with our legal, compliance and regulatory requirements we are obliged to perform age verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.
Upon registration, automated checks are run to verify that the account holder is over 18 and the details provided, including the payment methods used, are legitimate by using reliable independent source documents, data or information.
There are however several reasons that the electronic checks fail to fully verify the account holder and therefore need the account holder to verify the account details registered.
This is an industry wide process and is not an uncommon request to be made. We appreciate that it can be an inconvenience, however, the issue of security of customers’ accounts and our business is paramount.
In the majority of cases, during this period, you will have full access to your account however until the verification process has been satisfied you will be unable to withdraw.
To recap, please send the following documents to email@example.com
- Valid photo ID. A Passport, Drivers Licence, National ID Card (Front and Back) or PASS Card (http://www.pass-scheme.org.uk/) showing all four corners of the document, your full name, your date of birth, your photo and the issue and expiry dates will be accepted
- If using e-wallet(s), a screenshot of your e-wallet account profile page, where your account details are visible.
- A bank statement for each of your registered debit/credit cards showing a recent transaction with BetBright, as well as your name, address and issue date
- A recent utility bill or bank statement, either paper (JPG) or online (PDF), showing your name, registered address and an issue date of within the last three months.
Please note, the documents must be colour copies and fully legible.
