I made a deposit using PayPal but it’s not appeared in my BetBright account?

When making a deposit using PayPal, it can take a few moments for your BetBright balance to reflect the deposit amount.

On very rare occasions, however, most likely due to a connectivity issue, the deposit falls down mid-transaction, i.e. it goes out of the PayPal account but not into the BetBright account balance.  In this instance please get in touch with Customer Support and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Please also note that currently, only UK customers have the option to deposit with PayPal.
