If a game crashes mid play, the first thing you can do is to log out and log back in again. 9 times out of 10 you will be able to pick up where you left off.
If you find this does not help, ensure you have a good internet connection. Close any additional tabs in your browser that may use up the internet connection (YouTube, Netflix etc), and clear the cookies and cache of your browser history.
