When I load a game, I get a blank screen. What should I do?

If you encounter such an issue, please take a screen shot of the page as it is presented and contact our Customer Support desk. Provide the screenshot taken and confirm which game has caused this error to arise, as well as the platform (mobile, PC or tablet) on which the error was encountered.

Occasionally on mobile there may be a prompt to rotate the screen to play in landscape, as opposed to portrait. If this adjustment is not made, the game cannot be played and could be the cause of your difficulty.
