How do I self-exclude?

When your gambling activity starts to affect the quality of your life and gambling stops being fun entirely, our Self-Exclusion option offers you the facility to completely stop your gambling with BetBright for a time period of at least six months, or up to five years. It is the ultimate Responsible Gambling tool as once you choose to exclude yourself, we cannot and will not re-open your account until the requested time period has elapsed.

In order to exclude yourself from the Sportsbook, Casino or both, you need to:

  • Go to “My Account”.
  • Then to the “Responsible Gambling” tab
  • Find “Self-Exclude Me”
  • Tick the product(s) that you wish to exclude yourself from.
  • Tick the box to confirm you understand.
  • Confirm your choice.
