What is a dormant account fee?

A dormant account fee is a small charge applied to accounts that have both been inactive for at least one year, and that also have a positive cash balance. In all cases, customers who may be impacted by this dormant account fee will be contacted well in advance to ensure you are made aware, allowing you the chance to reactivate your account.

In these cases, you have a couple of options available to you – you can log in and make a deposit and/or place a bet – thereby activating the account for another year. Alternatively, you can opt to withdraw your balance to ensure no funds remain in the inactive account.

Please note, if there is an outstanding request to fully verify the account, this will need to be completed before funds can be withdrawn.

This is standard industry practice and is outlined in our terms and conditions which can be viewed here, under section 16.3.
