Contact Customer Support as a matter of urgency. The account will be suspended immediately and we will inform our Security team. Please include the following information and any other information you feel is relevant:
- What was the last legitimate bet made on the account?
- When did you last access your account?
- When did you notice the unauthorised activity?
- Where do you normally access your account?
- What device do you usually access your account on? (Desktop, mobile, tablet, all)
- Is there anyone who could have access to your account credentials?
- Have you notified your bank or local authorities of this?
