I think my account has been compromised. What should I do?

Contact Customer Support as a matter of urgency.  The account will be suspended immediately and we will inform our Security team.  Please include the following information and any other information you feel is relevant:

  • What was the last legitimate bet made on the account?
  • When did you last access your account?
  • When did you notice the unauthorised activity?
  • Where do you normally access your account?
  • What device do you usually access your account on? (Desktop, mobile, tablet, all)
  • Is there anyone who could have access to your account credentials?
  • Have you notified your bank or local authorities of this?
