There are several excellent support organisations which specialise in helping people with problem gambling, as well as offering support and advice for those affected by a friend or family member’s problem gambling.

Gam-Anon is a fellowship of men and women who are husbands, wives, relatives, or close friends who have been affected by the gambling problem.

Gambling Therapy
Gambling Therapy is a free online service that provides practical advice and emotional support to people affected by problem gambling who reside outside Great Britain. Gambling Therapy runs group forums online for family and friends of problem gamblers. In these forums you can have live typed chat with others who are affected by problem gambling.

National Problem Gambling Clinic
The National Problem Gambling Clinic offers support for people from England and Wales with a range of psychological treatments for gambling addiction, depending on the needs of the individual. They also offer services specifically for women and friends and family of problem gamblers.
